When Do You Get Homeowners Insurance
This is one of the most important posts I’ve made in awhile folks. I just sat down and talked with Jason Guttenburg of Liberty Mutual. We sat and talked quite a bit about what most first time home buyers need to know and when you need to start working on getting your insurance in place when you’re looking to buy a home.
It’s important to watch this video, I’ve actually seen people not close on their new home because they waited too long to get their homeowners insurance in place.

We’ve been getting a lot of questions lately on how to figure out the cost of owning a home versus paying rent. So, what we did for you is put together a video to show you exactly how to figure this out. For obvious reasons I believe everyone should buy a home, if it’s the right time and situation for you, but we don’t believe in putting someone in a home that they cannot afford it, or if it’s just not a good situation.

Tips to Negotiate a Home Purchase
So, you’ve finally found the house of your dreams, now what??? Now it’s time to make an offer and start negotiating.
