ABOUT TJ VITENSE

TJ, the founder of the Strategic Real Estate Team, is a very simple man of wisdom and is full of profound ideas.

His passion for real estate really shows through, with the innovate ways he & his team use the internet to market homes.  He also developed most of the strategies he & his team use to negotiate smoking hot deals for his buyers.

TJ has the FIRE of God raging inside him to help his buyers and sellers DOMINATE the real estate market & industry.

His passion for real estate started at the young age of 16 when began working with a property management company.  From there he went on to graduate from UHK (University of Hard Knocks)…kidding, he actually graduated from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, with a business degree in Finance and Real Estate.

He’s an active real estate investor and believes real estate is one of the best strategies for building long term wealth.

TJ is regularly seen crushing* things and if you want to crush things you should be working with TJ and his team.  Think about it, do you want an agent to crush things for you, or “try” and get you your dream home?  There is no trying, people either do or they don’t.  We prefer doing, which involves crushing.  TJ crushes his competition on a regular basis, and enjoys it.
